Delivery in Poland

The delivery of the goods is carried out in the territory of the Republic of Poland and European Union countries and takes place at the address indicated by the customer when placing the order.

Delivery of the ordered goods in the territory of the Republic of Poland takes place:

– by courier DPD (prepayment): PLN 18.99

– via InPost parcel lockers (prepayment): PLN 13.99

The amount of the order above which the delivery in the territory of the Republic of Poland is free: PLN 450.

Free delivery is valid only within the territory of the Republic of Poland.

Delivery costs will be indicated at the time of placing the order.

The delivery date in the territory of the Republic of Poland is up to 5 working daysfrom the date of sending the order by the customer.

In the case of pre-ordered products (orders for shoes before their production), the time of order fulfillment and delivery may be up to 15 business days.

DELIVERY IN EUROPE

The delivery can also be made to European countries, and the cost of delivery is: PLN 50.00 (zone 0), PLN 75.00(zone 1), PLN 110 (zone 2), PLN 130 (zone 3) or PLN 160 (zone 4). The delivery is made by a courier.

Zone 0 includes the countries: Germany, Czech Republic

Zone 1 includes: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Slovakia, Ukraine, Hungary.

Zone 2 includes the following countries:Bulgaria, Finland, France, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden, Spain, Ireland, Portugal.

Zone 3 includes the countries: Croatia, Italy.

Zone 4 includes the countries: Greece.

In the case of orders delivered outside the Republic of Poland, the delivery time is from 7 to 12 business days.

In the case of custom-made products (orders for shoes before their production), the time of order fulfillment and delivery may be up to 21 business days.

NOTES ON RECEIPT

Before picking up the parcel from the courier or parcel locker, please check that the packaging has not been damaged during transport. In the event of damage to the package, the package should be opened in the presence of the courier or a postal operator’s employee, and then – in the event of damage to the Goods – a damage report should be drawn up together with the courier or postal operator’s employee and please contact: office @ voloshoes .co
